Fixings:
2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 glass milk
1 cup panko or bread morsels
freshly ground pepper
1/4 mug(cup) chopped fresh basil
1/2 mug grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb lean ground beef
1 little onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
System:
1. Blend all fixings with hands.
2. Form into golfball measured meatballs.
3. Heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
